We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our operations team and help keep our production and shipping running smoothly.
What You’ll DoThe Warehouse Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that inventory is accurate, materials are organized, and customer orders are shipped on time. This position is responsible for managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
Skid movement on forklift- Loading and unloading skids and crates from trucks
- Moving materials in the building to different workstations
- Moving large crates and skids from production to the shipping area
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track material usage and alert when restocking is needed.
- Pick, pack, and label outgoing orders with accuracy.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, freight).
- Complete and verify all shipping documentation.
- Track shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Plan shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
- Partner with sales, purchasing, and production teams to align on material and order needs.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Optimize storage layouts for efficiency.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.), if certified.
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree a plus).
- 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience.
- Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory software, shipping platforms, and barcode systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
- Current forklift certification a plus.
