Our client, a leading organization in the sporting goods industry, is seeking an Associate Business Systems Specialist to join their team. As an Associate Business Systems Specialist, you will be part of the IT and Business Support team, supporting global sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist in the implementation, integration, and enhancement of the company's global ERP solution (AGS) and related processes for sales and service functions.
- Support the development, payout, reporting, and execution of sales programs and policies.
- Create, test, and validate program codes and system validations to support sales initiatives.
- Analyze complex business processes and leverage automated systems to improve efficiency across sales and customer service teams.
- Design, develop, and validate reports and system customizations to meet business needs and improve user experience.

- Basic understanding of ERP systems and related business processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
