• Shape and execute the vision for the Inside Sales function, driving incremental revenue growth.
• Oversee a high‑performing team of 16 Inside Sales Representatives across Fairhaven, MA and Carlsbad, CA.
• Elevate performance through coaching, skill development and data‑driven sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to analyze performance, deliver actionable insights and translate analytics into growth initiatives.
• Champion operational excellence by optimizing processes, enhancing reporting and building scalable strategies.
• Develop talent, strengthen succession pipelines and position the Inside Sales organization to meet short‑ and long‑term business objectives.

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Golf‑industry experience.
• Demonstrated success with phone‑based sales.
• Customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership and supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, sales execution and process improvement.
