Responsibilities

• Serve as the vital link between Acushnet Company and customers, delivering exceptional service across 12,000–24,000 annual interactions.
• Handle inquiries about product performance, availability, and programs, ensuring accurate order processing and consistent application of sales terms.
• Coordinate special requests across departments and administer sales programs with precision.
• Support Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams through impactful project management.
• Play a key role in process improvement, trend analysis, and training new team members.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, identify process improvements, and represent the brand at key events.

• Minimum: 2 years of college education.
• Preferred:
  Associate’s (AS) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree.
• 2–4 years in Customer Service or the Golf industry required, or 1 year as an Acushnet Company Associate CSR selling experience preferred.

$49,400.00 – $61,100.00
