Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about building strong client relationships? Manpower is hiring an Account Representative to support Acushnet Company, a global leader in golf performance products.

This is your opportunity to manage customer accounts, support sales initiatives, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while working with one of the most respected brands in the industry.

Location: Fairhaven, MA (Hybrid Schedule)
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional account support.
• Manage custom product orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, logos, artwork, fees, and order details.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, timelines, and account activity while resolving customer inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Operations, and Logistics teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Utilize Order Management and ERP systems to track orders, maintain account records, and manage customer information.
• Research and resolve issues quickly while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support key customer programs, promotions, and special projects as needed.

• 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
• Experience working with Order Management Systems and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Golf industry or product knowledge is a plus.
