We are seeking an experienced 2nd Class Stationary Engineer to lead the safe and efficient operation of a high-pressure boiler plant in a critical facility environment. Responsibilities:
Massachusetts 2nd Class Engineer License (Required) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of boiler and steam plant operations experience Strong knowledge of boiler systems, steam distribution, and plant operations Experience maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Facilities management and HVAC experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Serve as the engineer in charge of daily boiler plant operations Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of high-pressure boiler systems and associated equipment Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and required inspections Maintain accurate logs, records, and operational documentation Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications Communicate effectively with facility leadership regarding system performance and operational needs Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased reliability Perform additional duties as assigned
