What You Will Be DoingJoin our team as an Account Representative, where you'll be the vital link between our company and our customers—delivering exceptional service and support across 12,000–24,000 annual interactions. You'll handle inquiries about product performance, availability, and programs, while ensuring accurate order processing and consistent application of sales terms. In this role, you’ll coordinate special requests across departments, administer sales programs with precision, and support Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams through impactful project management.
You’ll also play a key role in process improvement, trend analysis, and training new team members. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, identify process improvements, and represent our brand at key events. - Minimum: 2 years of college
- Preferred:
Associate’s (AS) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree - 2–4 years in Customer Service or Golf industry required OR 1 year as an Acushnet Company Associate CSR

Pay Range: $49,400.00-$61,100.00
