We are searching for a talented Nursing Assistant‑Certified‑Home Care
*$1,200 new hire sign‑on bonus for this position. (rehires after more than 1 year also eligible)*
Hours: 32 hrs
Shift: Day shift, 7:30am – 3:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation

Visiting Nurse Association – Fairhaven, MA

ResponsibilitiesUnder the general supervision and direction of the Clinical Manager, Director, Supportive Care Services or designee, perform patient care activities in accordance with Southcoast VNA policies and procedures, communicate pertinent patient information and unusual findings to appropriate Clinical personnel, complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, and provide exceptional and caring customer service to patient and family.
Qualifications- Equal to completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.
- CNA certification required.
- CPR certification required.
- Medical Assistant, EMT or Paramedics certifications are preferred.
- Three (3) months of related work experience is required.
- Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
