We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, ERP Program Management to lead a global SAP S/4

HANA Greenfield implementation and application development initiative. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the full program lifecycle—from planning and requirements through execution and long‑term sustainment. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across business and technology teams, oversee delivery execution, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can manage risk, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a global SAP S/4
  
  HANA Greenfield implementation
• Manage program planning, execution, governance, and sustainment activities
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across business units, IT, and external partners
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
• Establish and monitor success metrics and KPIs to ensure program outcomes
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership
• Champion best practices in SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
• Lead and mentor internal teams while managing third‑party vendors and integrators
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation aligned with business value

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Project Management certification (preferred)
• SAP certification in at least one functional area (e.g., Order to Cash, Procurement, Finance)
• SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Solution Manager certifications (preferred)

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP ERP modules across multiple versions
• 5+ years of SAP program/project management experience
• Proven track record leading 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Experience with global SAP rollouts using a Global Template approach
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum principles
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager for implementation and documentation

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead complex business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive actionable outcomes
• Highly adaptable, with strong learning agility
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to clearly articulate and advocate for solutions

• Willingness to travel as needed

Salary Range: $157,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
