We’re seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to deliver expert technical support across all layers—from hardware to application—for our critical business systems. In this role you’ll:

• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability through diligent system monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams to design scalable, redundant infrastructure, implement software and OS upgrades, and support disaster recovery planning.
• Provide Level2 and3 support, assess new applications, and lead installations in both test and production environments.
• Shape a resilient, high‑performing IT ecosystem that supports business continuity and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical support role for mission‑critical applications.
• Strong project management and service orientation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build cooperative working relationships.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines in a 24x7 computing environment.
