Location
- Fairhaven, MA (hybrid - Tue, Wed & Thur in office)
Background
- Criminal check & 5 panel drug screen (includes marijuana)
- 2+ years of logistics, shipping, import or supply chain experience
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- AGS, Integration Point, One Source and Warehouse Management System
- Manufacturing industry
Responsibilities:
- Audit and code freight invoices
- Segregate documents and provide to appropriate stakeholders
- Data entry of shipment details
- Track and trace international import shipments
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Accounting background (helpful but not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
- 2+ years of relevant logistics, import and supply chain experience.
- AGS, Integration Point, One Source and Warehouse Management System experience is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal & external customers.
