This is a supervisory position. Salary starting at $58,700.

As a Residential Coordinator, you will lead a team of 8-10 Direct Support Professionals providing exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

• Direct supervision and development of all program staff, including coordinating trainings to address identified needs.
• Manage performance and discipline processes according to agency policy and applicable law.
• Ensure Life Stream philosophy on Community, Commitment and Continuous Learning is implemented.
• Assure the implementation of Person-Centered Thinking for all employees and individuals.
• Maintain a pleasant physical appearance in all homes, ensuring items represent the interests and preferences of the individuals supported.
• Coordinate necessary home and vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and reviewing documentation in a timely fashion.
• Ensure the Individual Service Plan (ISP) process is conducted and carried out in the best interest of each individual served and in compliance with DDS and MRC regulations.

• Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service field with one year of supervisory experience OR a minimum of three years’ experience in Human Services.
• Demonstrated history of quality work performance, teamwork, and proven leadership skills.
