Competitive pay commensurate with experience. The range for this position is $19–$21 per hour, varying based on experience, qualifications and internal equity.

• Preparation of customer orders for shipment.
• Read and comprehend manufacturing orders and customer instructions/specifications to determine the required equipment, product, and components needed to process orders for shipment to customers.
• Filling, labeling, and packaging of products per packaging specifications in accordance with defined quality standards.
• Maintain communication with coworkers and relevant departmental managers.
• Assist/support team members and readily share information.
• Conduct yourself in accordance with company core values.
• Attend all required company training sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing and computer skills required.
• Analytical & mathematical skills.
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.) may be required, within employees' physical limitations.
• Eight hours of walking/standing/sitting per day.
• Pushing, pulling and moving raw material containers and production equipment.
