Director, U.S. Golf Ball Sales

The Director, U.S. Golf Ball Sales is a highly influential commercial leader responsible for driving strategic growth and market leadership for the Titleist and Pinnacle Golf Ball businesses across all U.S. sales channels. This role leads the development and execution of national sales strategies, educational initiatives, promotional programs, and go-to-market plans that accelerate sell-in, sell-through, revenue, and profitability while upholding the brand's mission and core business strategies.

Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Ball Fitting, R&D, Operations, and National Accounts teams, the Director ensures successful launch, positioning, merchandising, and adoption of innovative golf ball products. The role oversees forecasting, inventory and product transition planning, budget management, and the performance of key on-course and off-course accounts, while providing leadership, training, and strategic direction to the U.S. field sales organization.

Through close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, this leader drives executional excellence, strengthens market share, and delivers exceptional growth for the Titleist Golf Ball business.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in golf product field sales and/or golf product marketing strategy development and execution
  • Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive business results
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States, including frequent overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license required and must be maintained
  • Ability to travel as needed to support sales, distribution, and customer service objectives
