What You Will Be DoingThe Director, National Accounts is a strategic sales and business leader responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening key national retail and eCommerce partnerships, and advancing Titleist's market‑leading position in golf balls and gear. Leading a business exceeding $100 million annually, this role develops and executes account strategies that optimize product assortment, merchandising, inventory management, and promotional initiatives across omnichannel retail partners.
The Director collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize market share, enhance consumer engagement, and deliver exceptional retail execution through impactful in‑store and digital experiences. Leveraging data‑driven business analysis, forecasting expertise, and strong relationship management skills, this leader identifies growth opportunities, drives profitable sales performance, and develops long‑term category strategies that reinforce Titleist's brand leadership and competitive advantage.
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of experience in national account management, merchandising, or sales within the sports, consumer goods, or retail industry
- Proven track record of developing long‑term category strategies and driving revenue growth with national retailers
- Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word required
- Ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into actionable business insights
- Basic understanding of retail accounting principles and trade laws (including the Robinson-Patman Act)
- Strong mathematical and business acumen
- Travel requirement of approximately 50 nights per year
- National account strategy and category management expertise
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
- Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
