The General Laborer role is a full-time, on‑site position based in Fairhope, AL. This role supports pool construction, outdoor living projects, and residential builds by performing a variety of physical tasks such as site preparation, material handling, jobsite cleanup, and assisting skilled trades with installations and basic construction duties. Daily responsibilities may include digging and grading, mixing and pouring concrete, moving and organizing building materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The General Laborer will work closely with the project team to follow instructions, adhere to safety standards, and help ensure projects are completed on time and to quality specifications. Occasional overtime and work in varying outdoor conditions should be expected.

• Candidates should possess basic construction and outdoor project skills, such as experience on residential or pool construction sites, familiarity with landscaping or hardscaping tasks, and comfort working in varied outdoor weather conditions.
• Candidates should possess tool and equipment handling skills, including safe use of common hand tools, basic power tools, and willingness to learn operation of light construction equipment under supervision.
• Candidates should possess physical work capabilities, including the ability to lift and carry materials, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, and follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Candidates should possess teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to take direction from supervisors, coordinate with crew members, and communicate clearly and respectfully on the jobsite.
• Candidates should possess reliability and work ethic, including consistent attendance, punctuality, attention to detail, and a positive, solution-focused attitude toward changing jobsite needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Fairhope, AL jobsites are preferred; prior experience in construction, pool building, or outdoor living projects is beneficial but not required.
