Fairhope, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to support daily customer service operations in a fast-paced call center environment, including processing claims, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with the training of new representatives.

Essential Duties
  • Assist with all areas of customer service, including incoming phone calls, order processing, invoicing, and claims processing.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and claims professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge to better assist customers.
  • Train and support new customer service representatives.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer information and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements/Skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role required.
  • Claims handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent data entry and 10-key skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be dependable, prompt, and reliable.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and handling phone calls.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for typing and data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in person.
  • Ability to occasionally lift office materials up to 15 pounds.
