Fairhope, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to support daily customer service operations in a fast-paced call center environment, including processing claims, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with the training of new representatives.
Essential Duties- Assist with all areas of customer service, including incoming phone calls, order processing, invoicing, and claims processing.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and claims professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and develop product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Train and support new customer service representatives.
- Accurately enter and manage customer information and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service role required.
- Claims handling experience preferred.
- Excellent data entry and 10-key skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be dependable, prompt, and reliable.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and handling phone calls.
- Ability to use hands and fingers for typing and data entry tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in person.
- Ability to occasionally lift office materials up to 15 pounds.
