Fairhope Aero is seeking a motivated Customer Relations & Account Manager to cultivate strong customer partnerships and streamline communication between customers and our aviation team. You will handle orders, quotes, and project data in Corridor ERP and coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and other departments.
The role requires 3+ years in customer service or account management, and willingness to travel up to 25%. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
