Clark Personnel is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent service
- Process orders, invoices, and customer claims
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Develop and maintain product knowledge
- Assist with training and onboarding new customer service representatives
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Claims handling experience preferred
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
