Graduate Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer with a background in infrastructure, land development and transportation projects located near Daphne, AL. This is a contract to direct opportunity.

• Assist in design for roads, drainage and site development, and other civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and support project development.
• Assist in civil engineering design and analysis for projects such as roads, drainage systems, and site development.
• Prepare drawings, reports, and calculations under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist in data collection, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
• Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software; knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
• Utilize Pond Pack, Storm Cadd, and/or ICPR4 Hydrologic and Hydraulic software.

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering software.
• Knowledge of local engineering codes and standards (preferred).
• Experience with Pond Pack, Storm Cadd, and/or ICPR4 Hydrologic and Hydraulic software.
• EIT (Engineering in Training) certification or working toward it (preferred).
• Must be able to pass a CAD test.
