POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a full‑time Civil Engineer (PE) Project Manager to join our growing team in Fairhope, Alabama. Depending on your experience and career goals, this position also provides a pathway into broader leadership responsibilities, including opportunities to help grow and eventually lead portions of the engineering department.
Success in this role requires strong technical expertise with practical project management skills, the ability to collaborate with clients, municipalities, planning commissions, and internal team members, and a culture of teamwork, peer review, and continuous improvement.
