Position Overview
As a Branch Manager within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will lead the Fairhope, Alabama branch. You will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring customer loyalty, managing risk, developing talent, and modeling PNC values in an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients.
- Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni‑channel environment, and collaborate with ecosystem partners.
- Build and develop a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and continuous development.
- Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and grow branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth.
- Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
- Coach the team to confidently engage with customers in technology‑enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice that improve client financial well‑being.
- Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines, exercising leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk.
- Ensure operational, human‑capital, reputational and business risk are controlled.
- Drive the employee experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, development and performance management.
- Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.

3+ years of related experience in branch banking or a comparable role. A combination of education, product knowledge, and experience (including military service) is acceptable in lieu of a degree. - Education:
Degree not required; however, related experience or product knowledge is necessary. - Certifications:
