As a Seasonal Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas during our busiest months. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure the resort maintains its high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Key Management & Productivity: Oversee the distribution and tracking of housekeeping master and section keys. Monitor room status and ensure prompt updates to management.
  • Task Assignments: Assign and inspect special cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, dusting, and linen changes, ensuring all rooms meet Grand Hotel standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct AAA-level room inspections
    , ensuring top‑tier cleanliness and presentation.
  • Linen & Inventory Control: Manage linen and amenity stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate supply orders.
  • Equipment & Repairs: Report and follow up on housekeeping and laundry equipment maintenance needs.
  • Staffing & Scheduling: Work with the Housekeeping Manager to adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and seasonal demand.
  • Attendance & Team Leadership: Support and motivate the seasonal housekeeping team, ensuring punctuality and productivity.
