As a Seasonal Banquet Server
, you play a key role in bringing events to life. You’ll provide warm, attentive service while ensuring each event runs smoothly from setup to breakdown. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working as part of a team, and creating memorable experiences, this seasonal role is a great fit.

Event Setup: Read and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to properly set tables with linens, china, silverware, and glassware

Guest Service: Serve food and beverages promptly, refill drinks, and maintain organized service stations

Menu Knowledge: Learn menu offerings to answer guest questions and provide recommendations

Event Maintenance: Keep tables and service areas clean, stocked, and presentable throughout events

Breakdown & Reset: Assist with clearing tables and breaking down service stations following events

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with Banquet Captains and Managers to ensure smooth event execution

Hospitality Focus: Deliver friendly, professional service while following all food and beverage service standards

Upselling: Promote beverages and menu highlights when appropriate

Side Work: Complete assigned duties such as cleaning equipment and organizing linens

Seasonal position with flexible scheduling based on event needs

Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
