Salary and Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Colorado Paid Sick Time, Set‑Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Help ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Minimum age 18 and flexible schedule required.
- Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience required.
