This is a part‑time, on‑site Sales Associate role located in Fairhope, AL. The Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections, including eyewear and related accessories. Day‑to‑day tasks include answering questions, explaining product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and ensuring accurate use of the point‑of‑sale system. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, supporting inventory checks, assisting with visual merchandising, helping achieve sales goals, and providing a positive, inclusive experience for every customer.

• Point‑of‑sale, cash handling, and basic computer skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers, answer questions, and collaborate with team members.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and work flexible part‑time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn about eyewear and eye care products is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
