Production Technician

Sugaright, a liquid sugar manufacturer serving food and beverage customers, is hiring a Production Technician to support safe, efficient plant operations. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor processing equipment, perform basic quality checks, and follow strict food safety and GMP standards. Responsibilities include recording production data, assisting with equipment changeovers and sanitation, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

You'll work in a lean, process-driven, continuous improvement environment with opportunities to grow skills in manufacturing, quality, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor liquid sugar production and refining equipment per standard procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks, sampling, and basic lab tests to meet product specifications.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and plant safety rules, including proper PPE and lockout/tagout.
• Complete production logs, batch records, and system entries accurately and on time.
• Assist with equipment changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation to support efficient operations.
• Identify and report mechanical or process issues and support basic troubleshooting.
• Load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished product safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production targets.
