Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Pennsylvania-licensed Nurse Practitioners for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a corporate health facility in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. This role involves delivering ergonomic assessments, first aid, and wellness education within a structured occupational health environment, supporting workforce injury prevention and early intervention initiatives.

Schedule Details

  6:00AM – 4:30PM on scheduled dates
• Training:
  One training day required

Clinical Scope

• Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries
• Deliver first aid and triage support for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints
• Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees
• Document assessments and provide actionable insights through data reporting

Practice Environment

This opportunity is based within a corporate occupational health setting supporting a large workforce. Providers will collaborate with safety managers and HR teams to promote employee wellbeing, utilizing BLS-certified clinical skills to deliver preventive care and injury management. The role emphasizes ergonomic assessments, injury triage, and health education, with documentation supported by standard reporting practices.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
• NCCPA or AANP certification
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Occupational medicine or sports medicine experience preferred
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in industrial, occupational health, or sports medicine settings
• Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers’ compensation procedures
• CEAS or OSHA
  10 certification preferred
