Assistant Store Manager; Store

Position: Full Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 0661)
Game Stop - 491 Oxford Valley Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests promptly and respond to questions/concerns courteously; assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and recommend additional items; apply selling behaviors during every transaction and thank guests for shopping at Game Stop;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations for store associates and training in policies, procedures, and guidelines;
Input written feedback for each store associate into Workday/HR system and ensure onboarding/training is completed prior to shifts;
Schedule store associates to follow scheduling guidelines, manage breaks/meals, and maintain a well-staffed store to deliver high-quality guest service
