Exceptional Needs Instructors – Now Interviewing!
Clarifis Staffing Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a Minnesota school district for the current school year. This full-time position serves a self-contained classroom for students in grades 1–3, providing an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners with a range of learning differences and support needs. As a key member of a collaborative and student-centered school community, you'll create a structured yet flexible environment where every child is supported and celebrated.
You'll design and deliver individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and adapt teaching strategies to meet each student's unique strengths and needs. Daily collaboration with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families will ensure consistency and success across all learning settings. Your work will go beyond academics—empowering students to regulate emotions, engage meaningfully with peers, and develop lifelong learning habits. Using data-driven decision-making, you'll track progress, refine approaches, and continuously improve outcomes for every student in your care.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education. You bring creativity to your teaching, patience to your practice, and collaboration to every interaction.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement and have a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in Special Education or a related field. Prior experience working in a self-contained or specialized instructional setting is strongly preferred, along with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
