This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Fairmont, MN. As an Engineer, you will focus on designing, developing, and improving products to meet customer and company standards. Your responsibilities will include utilizing engineering principles, creating technical drawings and models, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also participate in troubleshooting and support production processes to ensure optimal performance.

• Proficiency in Engineering Design and Technical Drawing
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, welding, and assembly
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and process improvement
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in custom manufacturing or metal product design is a plus
