- Competitive Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour based on experience
- Shift Differentials: +$0.50/hour evenings, +$1.00/hour nights, +$1.00/hour weekends
- Flexible Scheduling: Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekend Shifts, and PRN available
- Full-Time: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM (every other weekend and rotating holidays required)
- Part-Time: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM (every other weekend and rotating holidays required)
- Part-Time Day Weekends: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

- Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities - bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication assistance
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or medical condition, including documenting vitals and care provided
- Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship and individualized support
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by following infection control and safety procedures, including light housekeeping
- Work closely with the care team, complete delegated nursing or therapy tasks, attend required trainings, and follow care plans and agency policy
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Active MN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing, or successful completion of agency-provided training
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with older adults preferred
