What You'll Do as a Downstream Technician:

• Promote a culture of safety and follow all safety protocols on the production floor
• Conduct visual inspections and label finished products to ensure quality standards
• Track production quantities to support efficiency and output goals
• Package pipe products according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment with consistent use of PPE
• Assist with line start-ups, shutdowns, tooling changes, and downstream equipment setup
• Collaborate with line operators to meet daily production targets
• Support continuous improvement and perform general housekeeping tasks

What You Need to Bring to the Downstream Technician Role:

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying temperatures for extended periods
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for 8–12 hour shifts
• Ability to perform movements such as bending, twisting, reaching, and squatting
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
