While previous hardware experience is a plus, it is not required—our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills you need to succeed.

• Greet customers and assist them in locating the products they need.
• Provide accurate product information and make recommendations to help customers complete their projects in one trip.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, high‑energy store environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stand for 6‑8 hours during each shift and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

• Friendly, outgoing demeanor and a strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous hardware or retail experience is a plus but not required.
