Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. This position is essential in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer engagement.

• Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads and follow-ups to ensure timely communication.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote our offerings and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Deliver compelling presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase our value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for inventory control and market penetration.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Assist in identifying market trends and opportunities for business growth.

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for public speaking.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus.
