CHS is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support reliable operation of grain, crop input and energy facilities. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on conveyors, elevators and processing equipment; perform preventive maintenance; coordinate vendors; and ensure equipment is safe, compliant and optimized for uptime. You'll maintain records, support capital projects, train junior techs and uphold CHS's strong safety culture while serving farmers and rural communities in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
