• Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, ROs, and more)
• Work directly with customers, explaining what you’re doing and building trust
• Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance
• Take pride in your work — keeping vehicles, tools, and job sites clean
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day

We’re looking for people with strong work ethic, curiosity, and care for customers.

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge (a plus, not required)
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades (bonus!)

No water treatment experience? No problem. We provide hands‑on training and ongoing mentorship so you can succeed and advance.
