Description
The position will initially be based at our Fairmont, MN location and will transition to our Blue Earth, MN location at a later date.
The position is a full-time Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Worker
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Forklift operation, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Organization of warehouse to ensure inventory is rotated correctly.
- Record lot tracking numbers for traceability needs.
- General warehouse cleaning & maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure quality standards are met on all incoming and outgoing products.

- Previous forklift experience or the ability to be trained quickly.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Proficient in reading & writing in English.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment.
- Ability to bend and stoop frequently, squat, crawl and climb ladders, reach above shoulder level, crouch and kneel.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift, drag, and pull up to 50-75lbs.
- Excellent attendance record is a must. Longevity at previous job is a plus.
- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
