This unique position blends professional driving with hands‑on construction support. You’ll transport modular home sections and equipment to job sites, then help set up and install the homes with our construction team.

• Safely haul modular/HUD home sections, oversized loads, and equipment to job sites.
• Assist in setting up and installing homes on‑site.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during transport and installation.
• Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, skid steers) when needed; preferred but not required.
• Support site crews with labor tasks as needed.

• Must meet DOT age requirements (21+) for CDL drivers.
• Valid Class A CDL license and clean driving record (required).
• Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience (required).
• Must pass a post‑offer drug screening (required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to assist on‑site.
• Equipment operation experience is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town occasionally (company covers lodging and per diem).

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities and occasional overnight travel.
• Hourly rate at $27 to $30 per hour (based on qualifications and experience).
