Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

• Prepare and maintain construction job sites by removing debris and keeping work areas clean and safe.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and manlifts (training available for qualified candidates).
• Assist with concrete work, including forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing.
• Dig trenches and perform general site preparation.
• Work alongside experienced construction professionals to complete projects safely and efficiently.

• Construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Concrete experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
