** What You'll Do*
* + Prepare and maintain construction job sites by removing debris and keeping work areas clean and safe.

+ Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.

+ Operate equipment such as forklifts and manlifts (training available for qualified candidates).

+ Assist with concrete work, including forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing.

+ Dig trenches and perform general site preparation.

+ Work alongside experienced construction professionals to complete projects safely and efficiently.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Construction experience is helpful but not required.

+ Concrete experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

+ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

+ Basic ability to read and use a tape measure.

+ Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

+ Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
