- Handling incoming calls from existing customers
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Assisting customers with billing issues
- Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options
- HS Diploma/GED
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Starting pay of $18 per hour with an increase after conversion
