Customer Service Representative with First Energy/Mon Power
Fairmont, West Virginia On-Site $18/hour, M-F Schedule Description
After completing 6-8 weeks of paid training, you will be comfortable with:
- Handling incoming calls from existing customers
- Answering customer service-related questions
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with billing issues
- Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options
Education and Experience – Open Interviews 8/27 – Customer Service Representative with First Energy/Mon Power
- HS Diploma/GED
- Previous Customer Service Experience
Starting pay of $18 per hour with an increase after conversion
