Responsibilities- Implements programs of study
- Fosters a classroom climate conducive to learning
- Utilizes instructional management systems models that increase student learning
- Monitors student progress towards mastery of instructional goals and objectives
- Communicates effectively within the educational community, and with parents on a regular basis
- Meets professional responsibilities
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the County Board of Education's policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
Schedule and Hours- ESY
Hours:
8:30 am – 2:30 pm - ESY Dates:
June 17–June 30, 2026 (Excluding June 19th) - Prep Days for Teacher and Admin:
June 16th & July 1st - Teacher
Hours:
8:00 am – 2:45 pm
This position will not be needed if Marion County Schools does not receive sufficient staff, student enrollment and participation. The successful applicant will be notified if the position will not be needed.
