Qualifications- West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate.
- Currently employed at Hardy County Schools.
- Three (3) years of successful teaching experience required.
- Knowledge of effective instruction/pedagogy and content knowledge.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities and the capacity to assume additional responsibilities.
- Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process.
- Complete all required county and WVDE trainings.
- The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Minimum Requirements
- Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration.
- Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
- Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration.
- Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non‑renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.

Salary$1000 per position – paid through Step 7d
