• West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate.
• Currently employed at Hardy County Schools.
• Three (3) years of successful teaching experience required.
• Knowledge of effective instruction/pedagogy and content knowledge.
• Exhibit leadership capabilities and the capacity to assume additional responsibilities.
• Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process.
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings.
• The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations.

$1000 per position – paid through Step 7d
