• Conduct Campus Tours
• Meet and greet prospective students, families, alumni, and special guests
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with other offices on campus
• Assist with the organization, preparation, implementation, an devaluation of New Student Orientation programs
• Represent the university at on and off-campus events asneeded
• Provide routine and general clerical assistance in theoffice
• Support campus programs and events, including: daily campus visits, Maroon & White Day, Exploration Days, Day On Campus tours, and other recruitment activities
• Conduct one Saturday tour per semester – REQUIRED
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of Fairmont State University Programs and Services;
• Able to work with diverse groups;
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills in one-on-one and group setting;
• Must be dependable, outgoing, and enthusiastic;
• Possess the ability to listen, problem solve, and react quickly;
• Commit to a set work schedule at the start of each semester;
• Available and willing to work evening or weekend hours to support recruitment activities
