West Virginia K-12 Jobs is seeking a Mission Transition High School Facilitator in Fairmont, WV. This contract/hourly role supports students with disabilities by coordinating transition activities with DAC and SE high school liaisons.
You will plan and supervise monthly in-class Mission Transition workshops, lead the annual Mission Transition job shadowing trip, and coordinate the Transition Fair with the department chair. You’ll monitor student progress and log activities each semester.
