MVA Health Centers Inc. is looking for a full-time quality coordinator to join its team. This candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities- Coordinate clinic-wide quality improvement (QI) initiatives
- Monitor and report clinical quality measures (CQMs) and performance indicators
- Support compliance with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requirements for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), if applicable
- Ensure adherence to standards from The Joint Commission and/or National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), if applicable
- Assist with preparation for audits, site visits, and accreditation surveys
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Support Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting and other regulatory submissions
- Facilitate performance improvement projects using PDSA, Lean, or similar methodologies
- Conduct chart audits and identify opportunities for workflow improvements
- Provide staff training on quality measures, documentation standards, and compliance
- Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, behavioral health, and administrative teams to improve patient outcomes
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and grievance tracking
