As a Human Resource Manager
, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Fabrication Shop Team. You’ll be hands on with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits, and engagement activities, all while promoting a positive and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and driving employee success.
- Establish credibility with the top leadership team and all field employees to be an effective listener and problem solver
- Understand and apply all HR policies and company guidelines consistently
- Manage recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities that strengthen culture and morale
- Lead company culture and training initiatives
- Manage leave of absence cases
- Maintain accurate employee records and reports in our HRIS system.
- Communicate and provide guidance to management and employees as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred.
- At least 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent problem‑solving ability.
