IT Support Coordinator

At Nido, technology helps our teams do what they do best, provide high-quality early learning experiences for children and families. Our IT team plays an important role in supporting our people with the tools, systems and assistance they need every day.

• Deliver day-to-day IT support to our Support Office team and ensure a great user experience.
• Provide technical support across a range of hardware, software and business systems.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and other workplace technologies.
• Assist with user onboarding, offboarding and access management.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and support processes.
• Ensure IT practices align with company policies and security requirements.

• Experience working in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk or End User Support role.
• Around 2–3 years' experience in a similar hands‑on IT support position.
• Confident supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
• A practical, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with external IT vendors is advantageous.
• A qualification in Information Technology is welcomed but not essential – We’ll value practical experience, curiosity and a willingness to learn for this role.
• Support Office‑based role.
